What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
Our return policy is simple . Either you love it, or send it back. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectation, contact us for an authorization number and send it back to us within two weeks, in an unused condition, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes.
Shipping charges are not refundable. 

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to? and how much does it cost?
We ship most of our products to major cities across Canada.  At this time we do not ship to the USA.
Our shopping cart is automated to give you a fairly accurate and affordable shipping rate to major city centres. If you live outside major cities or in remote areas, additional charges may apply, we will contact you if there are additional charges. Your credit card will never be charged until you confirm the order and shipping charges.

We have very affordable rates, for example a 30" wide bathroom vanity going to a customer in Montreal costs about 95.00.
In Toronto most small / light weight products are delivered for a small fee of $59.00, by our own truck and crew. There might be additional charges for heavy items, contact us for details.

I live outside a major City. How can I get a shipping quote?
Go ahead and place your order online and choose "Contact me for Payment" on payment method at check out and we will then contact you with a shipping quote.You can also send us an email with the product details and your shipping address at tanyas@tanyas.ca or call us at 1.866.371.3947

Do you offer Free Shipping?
From time to time we run promotions with some of our products that will ship for free. It only applies to major Cities, if you leave outside or remote area, charges may apply. You can always contact us for a shipping quote by email at tanyas@tanyas.ca or call us at 1.866.371.3947

What if there are damaged products in my shipment?
Not to worry! If there are any damages or defects with our products, simply contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will make it right. We inspect every item that is being shipped out. Items are in boxes with styrofoam, on a wooden skid, strapped and protected with extra styrofoam on the outside and then shrink wrapped for a safe trip to you.
In the event that you get a shipment with damages on the outside, make a note of it with the driver and let us know. if any item is damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most large items are shipped out within 3-5 days out of our main warehouse in Toronto, smaller items are usually shipped next day via FedEx.

Does delivery crew bring items inside?
For local Toronto deliveries, our own crew will deliver inside your home on the main floor, driveway or garage.
If  you live outside Toronto GTA, freight companies with skidded orders or large boxes will deliver with tail-gate on curbside, driveway or garage, depending on accessibility.

Do you have a showroom, where I can see the products in person?
Yes, we have an actual store with a showroom in Toronto Ontario.

Do you have all the products shown on your website in your showroom?
We try to have as much as we can on the floor, but because of the number of products we carry, some of them might not be on the floor. If you let us know in advance we can have them brought from our warehouse to the store showroom for  viewing.
