How to Order
Simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the item you wish to order and check out, you will then be taken to a secure section on our website. If product doesn't qualify for free shipping in Toronto, choose shipping option "Send Me a Shipping Quote" and follow the order form instructions.
We then send you an e-mail to confirm the order as been placed and soon after another e-mail with a shipping rate. To complete the purchase just confirm the e-mail with shipping costs and payment arrangements.

Return and Exchange Policy
Our return policy is simple . Either you love it, or send it back. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectation, contact us for an authorization number and send it back to us within one week of delivery in an unused condition, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Shipping
We ship most of our products anywhere in Canada. 
Products that cannot be shipped by regular courier, a freight company will be used. We will contact you with shipping costs before proceeding with the order.

Taxes
Canadian orders pay 5% gst and Ontario orders pay additional pst of 8%.

Security
We use a shopping cart system which runs on a secure server.
Secure Server Technology. This means that you can enter your personal information and credit card information directly online with us, and that information will be immediately encrypted to assure maximum security of all data.
