Return and Exchange Policy

Our return policy is simple . Either you love it, or send it back. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectation, contact us for an authorization number and send it back to us within two weeks, in an unused condition, and we will exchange or refund the purchase price plus applicable taxes.
Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shipping

We ship most of our products to most cities in Canada. At this time we do not ship to the USA. 
Most smaller light weight products are delivered for a small fee of $25.00 in Toronto. If product qualifies for the "Toronto 25.00 flat fee", it will be noted on the product description section.

Products that cannot be shipped by regular courier, a freight company will be used. Freight service is curb-side delivery.  Our shopping cart is automated to give you a fairly accurate and affordable shipping rate to major city centres in Canada. If you live outside major cities or in remote areas, additional charges may apply, we will contact you, for your approval, if there are additional charges. Your credit card will never be charged until you confirm the order and shipping charges.
